Hello there!
I hope you are great this morning. I was visiting your blog and noticed that your favorite Childrens Book is We help Mommy. Is it the one with the illustrations by Eloise Wilkin? I love that one too.

Forgive me if I have asked you this before, I sometimes write letters in my head and then can’t remember if I actually sent them or not.

Do you know Jo Ann Cook? She is in Minden, LA She is a soapmaker as well.
We lived in Waskom, TX for almost 6 years and my DH worked in Shreveport at GM.
I used to make and sell soap too( Sister GOlden Hair Soap) and met Jo Ann at the TX soapmakers Convention.

Funny how the circle of folks that I buy from each seem to know each other. I was reading over my catalog from Martha Greene last week and saw you mentioned as the person that she learned soapmaking from. Small, wonderful world.

Well I have gone on for long enough now. I have never had friends nicer than the friends I made while in LA. You all are the best.
Have a lovely morning.
Lindy
