- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 1/4 cup cake flour
- 1 tsp Kahlua
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 325. In a mixing bowl cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Fold in sour cream alternately with flour. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into greased and floured bundt pan. I used two 6 inch bundts and one mini bundt.
Bake 50-55 minutes for the large pan, 45-50 minutes for the smaller ones and about 30 minutes for the mini. Cool pans on wire rack for 15 minutes and then turn out. You may glaze if you like but it certainly isnt necessary…VERY sweet already!
