YUM! SERIOUSLY GREAT! It passed the Hannah TEST. She got her preference for having her food separated on her plate from her Dad, but she loved it! And Ben and I enjoyed it just as much. But like I said before – Bacon, good. Without further ado, here’s your recipe. ENJOY!
Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
- 2 # ground beef
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 10 3/4 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
- 10 3/4 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 # bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 28 oz pkg frozen zesty French fries
In a skillet, brown ground beef with seasoning; drain. Stir in soups and bacon. Spread mixture into a 13 x 9 baking pan sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Layer onion and frozen fries over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
